Fits like a glove, however, the faux leather on the chest, and arms, make it a bit hard to move at first. Add the shoulder padding and you feel really stiff the first few times you wear this. It does eventually ease up, and you're able to move around in it. I went up a size, M to L, so maybe go up two. Arm straps are a nice touch but, they tend to flop around a lot.
